Shipping Policy – KongQuest.Shop

At KongQuest.Shop, every order is packed by a small team who genuinely care about what we’re sending out. We grew up in the parkour community, and this shop exists so we can give something back. Because our products are made in small runs, we handle shipping carefully to make sure your items arrive safely and fairly.

This policy applies only to purchases made on kongquest.shop. Events, workshops and other services have their own policies on our main site.

 

Processing Times

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible — usually within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Because we’re a small shop, during limited drops or holiday periods it may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package’s journey. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we’ll do our best to support you if something goes wrong.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size/weight of your order and the delivery method you select. Occasionally we may offer free or discounted shipping for community promotions — if so, it will be clearly stated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We’re thrilled when our products travel overseas. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Delivery times vary by destination; once the package leaves Australia, tracking updates depend on the destination carrier.

 

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Because many of our products are small-batch or made-to-order, some items may have longer lead times. Any special shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page. We’ll email you updates about your pre-order status so you’re never left guessing.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us at info@kongquest.com.au as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos if applicable and any tracking information. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help find a resolution.

We’re not responsible for lost packages sent without tracking, but every order we send out from the shop includes tracking for your peace of mind.
