Welcome to KongQuest.Shop — our small but passionate online store where we share the products we’ve created with love for our community. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for shopping with us. We’ve tried to write them clearly and kindly, because we want you to know we’re on your side while still protecting everyone involved.

These Terms apply only to purchases made on kongquest.shop (our shop for apparel, accessories and limited-edition drops). They don’t cover our events, workshops or training programs; those have their own terms on our main website.

By visiting our shop or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If anything is unclear, you’re always welcome to contact us — we’re a real team who reads every message.

KongQuest.Shop is run by a small team of parkour lovers. We’re based in New South Wales, Australia, and everything you see here has been designed or selected to give back to the parkour community.

You confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or province, or you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the shop. Please don’t use our shop for illegal or unauthorised purposes or transmit harmful code. We may suspend or cancel orders if these rules are broken.

We do our best to show our products accurately and describe them honestly. Because screens and devices vary, colours or textures may look slightly different in real life. We may update products, prices or features at any time to keep things fresh for our community.

 

4. Orders, Billing and Account Information

We ask you to provide accurate, current and complete details for your orders and any account you create. This helps us get your items to you quickly and correctly. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders (for example, to prevent fraud or ensure fair access to limited items).

 

5. Products and Availability

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never store your full card details.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

We work hard to make everything safe, reliable and enjoyable. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits) arising from your use of the shop. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KongQuest, our team and partners from any claims or demands arising from your misuse of the shop or violation of these Terms.
